🌸 Full Moon Soundbath 🌸

The next soundbath at Forsyth hall just so happens to fall on a full moon 🌕

This moon is known as the flower moon, as nature begins to bloom so can we.

This session will begin with a full moon meditation supporting us to connect, release and realign with the natural rhythm of the earth and the cosmos.

Followed by a soothing soundbath and as always some oracle cards for you to connect with afterwards if you wish.

Soundbath for Jude

Come along for a relaxed, welcoming morning to rest, reset, and support a really important cause 💛

💛 Why we’re doing this
This event is in memory of Jude, a 16-year-old from Westhill who sadly passed away after a sudden cardiac arrest caused by a rare heart condition.

All profits will be donated to Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY). Jude’s family have set up a memorial fund to help provide free heart screenings for young people aged 14–35, starting locally and growing across Aberdeen and the Shire.

I’m just home from doing a private soundbath for a group of ladies that work together and there was some real positives I took away from today.

🧡 My clients are awesome. This was for one of my reiki clients and her team. She organised it with everyone I just had to book the hall and do my thing. Very grateful for this 🙏

🧡 Forsyth hall is a great space and carries the sound really well. After being a few different places recently I’m grateful to have this space so close to my home 🙏

🧡 Providing a soundbath for a group of people that are already connected really does change the energy. More relaxed, some giggles beforehand and a good yap afterwards 🙏

🧡 Daytime soundbaths are my jam, I love having the light in the space (eyemasks provided) but also coming home and having an evening for me 🙏

Thank you to the lovely 9 ladies that arrived with an open mind today.

We actually worked together in hospitality many moons ago, and now we’re blending our two worlds to create something a little special for our community.

Caroline will start the morning with a Pilates session that’s suitable for everyone — whether you’re brand new or experienced.

Then I’ll guide you through a soothing soundbath, giving you the chance to unwind and melt into the moment.

Afterwards, we’ll enjoy an optional tea and a chance to mingle and connect.

🧡⛺️ Jaks Den ⛺️🧡

I spent yesterday morning with Pamela from at Jaks Den in Aberdeen hosting a little belated Mother’s Day event for some of the mums that attend.

Team Jak Foundation- Jak's Den is a cosy, colourful safe haven which support families facing childhood cancer with a range of practical, emotional and social support who are based here in Aberdeen and Livingston.

Pamela guided us through some facial reflexology + face massage techniques and shared her amazing products with us and it’s fair to say we were all glowing from the inside out ✨

I then shared a soundbath and provided space for the mums just to switch off and receive some rest and relaxation.

A shout out to Tiffeny and Emma of Jaks Den who were making sure everyone had a cuppa and they organised a lovely afternoon tea for us all to have afterwards.

It was such a special morning 🧡

It was such a breath of fresh air setting up last nights soundbath in the natural light ✨🌿

The light started to fade as the soundbath began until I watched it fade into complete darkness as I played.

We set the intention of grounding into the season, remembering that things are not in full bloom just yet.

Finished with some drumming at the end to awaken into the season ahead.

Every soundbath has a different vibe, a different group of people.

The next one for Forsyth hall is Friday 1st May and I will pop the link to book in the comments.

✨ A run for the soul ✨

I ran past an older gentleman this morning and he shouted “well done, a run for the soul”

And I thought yes it is actually.

I feel so lucky to have this beautiful country park in Balmedie right on my doorstep 🌊🌿

I booked myself in for a session with Nicola from Body Kinect this week and she pulled out her toolkit of gifts and shared her experience and wisdom and I left with both feet on the ground ready for this next chapter.

Spring is definitely waking my body up and it feels good 🌸🌿🌼
