🧡⛺️ Jaks Den ⛺️🧡

I spent yesterday morning with Pamela from at Jaks Den in Aberdeen hosting a little belated Mother’s Day event for some of the mums that attend.

Team Jak Foundation- Jak's Den is a cosy, colourful safe haven which support families facing childhood cancer with a range of practical, emotional and social support who are based here in Aberdeen and Livingston.

Pamela guided us through some facial reflexology + face massage techniques and shared her amazing products with us and it’s fair to say we were all glowing from the inside out ✨

I then shared a soundbath and provided space for the mums just to switch off and receive some rest and relaxation.

A shout out to Tiffeny and Emma of Jaks Den who were making sure everyone had a cuppa and they organised a lovely afternoon tea for us all to have afterwards.

It was such a special morning 🧡

It was such a breath of fresh air setting up last nights soundbath in the natural light ✨🌿

The light started to fade as the soundbath began until I watched it fade into complete darkness as I played.

We set the intention of grounding into the season, remembering that things are not in full bloom just yet.

Finished with some drumming at the end to awaken into the season ahead.

Every soundbath has a different vibe, a different group of people.

The next one for Forsyth hall is Friday 1st May and I will pop the link to book in the comments.

✨ A run for the soul ✨

I ran past an older gentleman this morning and he shouted “well done, a run for the soul”

And I thought yes it is actually.

I feel so lucky to have this beautiful country park in Balmedie right on my doorstep 🌊🌿

I booked myself in for a session with Nicola from Body Kinect this week and she pulled out her toolkit of gifts and shared her experience and wisdom and I left with both feet on the ground ready for this next chapter.

Spring is definitely waking my body up and it feels good 🌸🌿🌼

🌿Calm Space 🌿

The place that brings you back home to yourself just by being there.

Today I hosted a private soundbath in the yurt for 4 lovely ladies today and I couldn’t have asked for a better environment to share some sound healing in.

The cosy fire, the birds singing, providing an experience for a group of friends who have known each other since childhood felt so special and I’m so grateful to have been a part of it.

The ladies enjoyed a private guided sauna session by the lovely Debbie of Seabiscuit Sauna beforehand too.

(Can’t believe today was our first time meeting in person Debbie, I’m sure our paths will cross again).

Spring is on the horizon, I can definitely feel it and those little seeds that were planted last year are beginning to pop up 🌱

The Sage Space Therapies 💚

Having dedicated spaces in my cabin, one for therapy and one for women’s circles, was so important to me. As a busy mum of four with an offshore husband, I’ve learned a lot about time management… but that only really works when the right systems are in place to support the flow. Everything in our personal space has its place and purpose, and my workspace needs to feel the same.

I didn’t want to be switching the cabin around every time I moved from a session to a circle. Each space now holds its own energy, ready to welcome whoever walks through the door.

I’m so excited to be holding sessions on Sunday. The cabin has such a special feel to it, and I truly hope you sense that when you visit.

Speaking of which… my calendar is now OPEN! I have plenty of availability on the website up until 9th April. With the cabin so close to home, I’m able to offer many more sessions, no travel time, no shop schedules to work around, and no lunchtime rush hour noise outside the window.

I can't wait to see you soon 💚
