Beautiful... So mote it be 💛 Its been a tough time for many of late. But keep on track. Better days ahead as we approach the Solstice gateway 💛

" Cosmic energies from the womb of the Great Mother and all her emissaries seem to be whispering: "We've seen the mountains you've climbed. We see the caves you've emerged from. We see the underworld you've meditated within. We see the deep, deep patterns of ancestral pain you've shifted. We see what you're still working on and we see what you've birthed and created.

The tide is turning back to you. The energy is quickening for your manifestations. We want to reward you for your diligence and all the work that goes on beneath the surface, in the feminine planes of the unseen and the unknown.

It is vast, the inner work you've done. It is vast, the impact your healing is having on the collective.
It is vast, what continues to flow from your activated feminine soul.

What you've put into the universe will come back to you. It is coming back to you. Your diligence and patience is seen. This Solstice brings a million and one things to fruition and accelerates all and any healing work you're doing on yourself and for the world.

This Solstice is special because it honours all those who've given so much already to their inner healing journey - and to the re-emergence of the Goddess on this planet "

Those who've been working with the goddess, consciously or unconsciously, since around 2012 are about to be rewarded this Solstice.

Exert from my latest blog. A.CHANGE IN PERSPECTIVE 💜

" Off I went for a walk the other day. Chest feeling like it has a vice on it, vertigo symptoms et all. Breathing is shallower just now, but my heart was telling me to get out in the sun. Walking slowly along, taking in the sights and sounds of nature. I could feel the joy flood back in. Walking and acknowledging the fact that.

I/WE are THE F…. ing TERMINATORS. We have been Knocked down that many times, through god knows how many lifetimes. And still WE are RISING.

I’m an HSP, mainly introvert with some extrovert tendencies. A wicked sense of humour. Writing is my jam. I am a tenacious spirit. I have a body on catch up with all the clearing that’s been going on. And through all this a deeper connection with my hearts wisdom is occurring. I’m really feeling into what brings me joy. LOVE is the strongest healing force."

I was drawn back to this post I wrote last year. Seems apt on this full moon and total lunar eclipse The general consensus of opinion being that we have been more in the purge energy of late, rather than the tripping of the light fantastic. Clearing out our physical and emotional vessels to allow more light to come in.

Events over this last wee while may have put you in a place of loosening the reigns. A deeper level of surrender and trusting in the process of life.

What a fortnight of energy upgrades.... I've been taking time out to rest. I trained with The Dianna Cooper School. Almost 12 years later we find ourselves in a similar position clearing a chunk of the darkness through our bodies, which manifested for us both as a cancer diagnosis. I've been taking part in her four day collective healing videos on YOU TUBE. Sharing the first one in case you feel called to join in. Asking also for your healing light and prayers for myself and Dianna. When asking for guidance in my own healing journey I have always been guided that forgiveness was the key. Heres a beautiful forgiveness mantra.

SATURDAY MUSINGS

I have been reminded again over the last few months that we only SEE what we are ready to SEE. Depending on the level of consciousness that we are vibrating on.

And how easy it is to become trapped in our programmes. Depending on the activities that we are engaged in, who we are mixing with. What we are listening to and watching. What hats we wear, and the labels that we give ourselves.

When I described myself as a Spiritual and Holistic Well Being Coach, which fits with the wisdom that I have to share for an event that I'm looking forward to participating in. Source immediately came in and said 'don't put yourself in a box' Hard not to do that. The world that we live in places a lot emphasis of on the titles that we give ourselves.

I observe myself going in and out of my programming and conditioning on a regular basis, depending on how I am feeling and what's occurring on the day.

Like a lovely mentor friend of mine has said. 'Life is an illusion and it depends on which illusion we buy into'

I don't know anyone who isn't being tested in someway right now. We have been pushed to the edge, to test our resistances and resilience. More layers of the parmesan cheese are being grated from our hearts. We are being refined, and it feels uncomfortable. It also increases our ability to SEE new potentials and possibilities for ourselves/others.

I have heard it described as like being in a darkened room. When we shift onto a different timeline our light quotient increases. We start to SEE that in the room that we are in there are many doors. Some we haven't noticed before. Behind each one there are many different realities which we can consciously choose to participate in or not.

How would it be if today we could take a cloth and wipe the slate clean. Drop another layer of our programming. Perhaps we could SEE that WE are powerful. We have the capacity to SEE and FEEL our way through any situation that we may feel stuck in right now.

A spoon full of love & compassion for ourselves and others lightens the load we may be carrying. And any bitter taste we may be experiencing. Taking a jaunt out amongst the autumn leaves. Letting ourselves be swept up in the wind and seeing where life takes us dosen't go amiss either.

WE ARE CROWNING

The painful moment in the birthing process when the head makes an appearance and the mother is told not to push, but to pause and to breathe for a moment.... To help her deal with her body stretching and expanding before pushing the baby out into the world .... Crowning is often referred to as the RING OF FIRE.

Perhaps you are feeling that in your own life just now. Things have been pretty dark and sticky for us over the last few months. We are navigating and processing the last of the STUFF... In the form of old programmes, patterns and deeply entrenched fears that need to be transmuted into the light in order to EMBODY more of our sovereign selves.

🌟 SO how can we LOVE ourselves through it?

🌟 How can we build IN the confidence to SHINE our lights out through the s**t that may be occurring?

🌟 Knowing that WE CAN transmute and dissolve it all through increasing our HEART flame.... Whist keeping ourselves buoyant, with our sense of humour intact. And cutting ourselves some slack on the days where we don't have the energy to do much. And thats ok.
