Why do I train Back and Biceps together? 💪

Most back exercises are pulling movements, and the biceps are a primary assisting muscle in those pulls.

Examples:
Pull-ups / Chin-ups
Lat pulldowns
Barbell, dumbbell, or cable rows

During these exercises your back (lats, rhomboids, traps) is the main driver, your biceps assist by flexing the elbow
So by the time you finish back work, your biceps are already partially fatigued, making it efficient to train them right after. 💪

Stuffed Sweet Potato 🥔 Tacos 🌮 😋

To make 4 Meals
(2x Stuffed Potato, 2x Lime Rice)

2x 250g Sweet Potato
500g Lean Mince
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 Large Red Onion
1 Bag Lime Corriander Rice
Avocado or Olive Oil

Optional adds.. cheese, guacamole, sour cream etc change it up per meal ✌️

I love this little flow, it confirms to me that balance and breath is improving.. its also fab lighting in the hall, showing I have remained relatively lean over the christmas break as I can see some abs and Oblique definition.

For some, this might look like New Year’s resolutions or a fresh food-prep phase.

But really, it’s just me doing what I do every Monday eveningprepping nutritionally balanced lunches like I have for the past 14 years.

Nothing fancy, nothing extreme.

Turkey steak, seasoning, broccoli, and sweet potato.
And since I’m working from home because of the snow, I might even add a fried egg for fun.

Consistency over trends. Always
