Reflexology is a Natural Healing Practice of working on Feet, Hands or Ears by applying pressure to specific reflex areas that correspond to parts of the body thereby stimulating homeostasis in the body.
It's great for All ages.
There are however contraindications for example I'll not work on clients within the 1st trimester of pregnancy or very bad varicose veins.
