8 week program which includes 16 face to face personal training sessions at my gym located at Glan yr Afon Industrial Estate, all training sessions are private we have a separate training room in the gym that is used for one to one sessions. All programs include fitness testing, measurements, goal setting, nutrition advice, personalised gym and home workout programs. Also included is free unlimited use of the gym whilst signed up to a program.

Over the next few weeks the gym will be undergoing some refurbishments over the weekends, I aim to keep the gym open but please be aware of any wet paint . Thank you 🙏

The personal training room is currently closed this weekend due to floor paint, the main gym is open as normal. 😁
