And honestly? I don’t get it!
It’s not about keeping you dependant or filling our pockets. IT IS about providing a service that works FOR YOU, reducing pain or muscle fatigue, keeping you moving and ensuring you feel great always!
In fact, as The Guardian recently pointed out, massage isn’t just a luxury.” It’s an investment in your health; physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This is what the science actually says:
