I couldn’t be happier to share this.

What started as a small idea — just me, a treatment room, and wanting to help people feel better in their bodies — has grown more than I ever expected.

And that’s completely down to you.

Every single person who has booked in, come back, trusted me, and supported the studio… thank you. You’ve kept me very busy (in the best way).

Because of that, it’s time to grow.

I’m so excited to be welcoming Laura and Caroline to the studio.

They’re both brilliant at what they do, and I honestly can’t wait for you to meet them.

A little idea has turned into something really special, and I’m incredibly grateful for it.

Please give them a warm welcome 💚

It really does help 🤷🏼‍♀️

I know it’s the bit everyone skips.

“I’ll do it later”
“I don’t have time”
“I’ll be fine”

And sometimes… you are fine. Until you’re not.

Tight hips, sore lower back, things starting to ni**le.

Stretching isn’t there to make you feel like you’ve done a “perfect” session.

It’s there to help your body recover so you can keep doing what you enjoy.

It doesn’t have to be long.
It doesn’t have to be complicated.
It just needs to happen.

I thought the problem was motivation.

If I just “wanted it enough”,
If I was more disciplined,
If I tried harder.

But the real shift happened when I stopped doing it alone.

Having someone else there, someone to guide me, support me and adjust things to my body, meant movement stopped feeling overwhelming.

We just did it.

No pressure or punishment. No all-or-nothing thinking. And my body felt better because of it.

If you’re stuck waiting for motivation to magically appear, this is your reminder that support is often the missing piece, not willpower.

Doable movement. Whole body kindness. Care that fits real life.
