Spring gives us lighter evenings and with that more time and energy to do things.

Our Twilights Thursdays start this month with a chance to engage in nature therapy at a lovely calm time of the day.

Wow I made it to the end of March and managed 128 miles. It’s amazing what we can achieve when we put our minds to it. Thank you so much to the lovely people who donated and helped me raise an incredible £375. I’m so lucky to know such beautiful and generous souls. Now to think about my next challenge. ❤️
