What to expect during Hypnotherapy Treatments
Hypnotherapy is a very natural way of getting in touch with the right side of the mind which has unlimited potential and stores all the memories from the past as well as the automatic processes.

This includes the bad habits as well as the good habits. It is completely safe and the techniques bear no relation to stage hypnosis.
A typical example of a light trance state is when someone is driving to work and it's your day off.
Day dreaming is another example of light hypnosis. You can expect to feel very relaxed and you might feel as though your body is weightless.
