Happy Sunday!

Sundays in our house is a little slower paced. Which is great for a little check in.✨

One of the questions I ask myself is "What does your mind need today"?

It could be:

🌿 Rest
🌿 Silence
🌿 Nature
🌿 A reset
🌿 Let go of something

Today I feel called to rest and spend time in nature. 🌳

Yesterday I went live for the first time on my socials for a very long time!🎥

Did it feel comfortable no, did I have a bucket load of excuses not to do it – YES!

They went something like this….....

⌛ I don’t have time for this.

Your not articulate enough

You will mix up your words, say the wrong words and generally you will look silly!

And so many more that goes along the lines of “your not good enough”

These are the stories I have been telling myself for years, the same stories on repeat!

Limiting beliefs are just stories we’ve picked up — from childhood, society, past experiences — that no longer serve us!

Time for a new story , my own story the one I want to write

🍂 Autumn is my favourite time of year. The colours are so beautiful! 🍁

This time of year reminds me to let go of what is not serving me and to embrace change. It’s a gentle reminder that each of us have our own journey of letting go. It doesn’t happen all at the same time and it looks different to each of us.

I love that nature knows that by letting go it allows space for reflection, growth and to blossom when the time is right.

🌬️ Feeling Overwhelmed? Try This Simple Breathing Reset 🌬️

When anxiety takes over, your breath is the quickest way back to calm.

Here’s a grounding technique you can use anytime, anywhere:

✨ Box Breathing ✨

1️⃣ Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 counts

2️⃣ Hold your breath for 4 counts

3️⃣ Exhale gently through your mouth for 4 counts

4️⃣ Hold again for 4 counts

➡️ Repeat for 3–5 rounds

This simple rhythm helps calm your nervous system, quiet racing thoughts, and bring you back to the present moment. 💫

🌿 Try it the next time your mind feels heavy—you might be surprised how much lighter you feel after just a few breaths.

Have you ever heard yourself saying :

“I’m not good enough.”

Or

“People like me can’t do that.”

These my lovelies are limiting beliefs. They are the negative thoughts or assumptions you hold about yourself, others, or the world that restricts your potential.

They act like invisible barriers, shaping the way you think, feel, and act.

✨ The key truth: Limiting beliefs aren’t facts - they’re just old stories.

✨ What story are you ready to let go of?
