we recommend drinking regular 150ml plus glasses of pure water throughout the day.

Drinking water not only ensures the whole body remains hydrated but also flushes out any toxins that get stored within problematic areas .

Keeping well hydrated enhances a Bowen treatment along with keeping your body moving and functioning better in every way.
