YogaDog Unleashing Strength, Balance, and Inner Peace, Man's Best Pose About 20 years ago, I thought I had a kidney complaint, I was actually diagnosed with a bad back!

I was advised to take up Yoga. Being totally inflexible and close-minded, this was not something I gingerly took on. However, I was introduced to a Yoga teacher who provided me with a number of one-to-one sessions. I learnt the basics, enough to turn up to a yoga class without being too self-conscious. I am now in my 50s. Yoga has changed everything about my physique and mindset. Have you ever wondered what all the fuss is about YOGA? The life-changing benefits of yoga don’t come quickly, but they do come; they creep up on you over time and from my experience as a male yoga enthusiast, men are missing out! I am often the only man when I join the local yoga class, and I believe this is due to being self-conscious. You can overcome this by joining YogaDog. YogaDog is a men's yoga group, hosted by Bex Hale, a fully qualified and wonderful yoga teacher, and me, an enthusiastic amateur. We are offering a fundaMENtals course of six 1 hour sessions over six weeks. This carefully designed six-week introduction aims to instil confidence and knowledge, enabling men to continue their yoga practice independently or confidently join other yoga classes. 🌟 I meet many MEN who play golf or sit on video conferencing all day, and in the small talk before meetings, they almost always complain about a bad back or that their golf swing is causing pain. 😓 Warm-up stretches are not enough to help prevent injury. 💪 Yoga could really help.

After all, Yoga is a series of stretches that you are probably already familiar with putting together increases strength and balance over time.

You could be any age, size or level of fitness to gain the benefits of yoga. They don't come quickly, but they do come over time and can be life-changing. 🌟 Come and join our FUNdaMENtals yoga program, which is for six weeks every week starting on the 6th of September in Alcester. 📅
