There aren’t many people who’d get me up at 6am, coffee in hand, hopping on a train to Birmingham… but Leona Burton is that woman. (TBF she flew over from Canada).

Today I wad invited to Connex - and honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever walked into a room knowing fewer people.

But that made it even more special.

Every single person I spoke to was open, inspiring, and building something incredible.

What struck me most wasn’t just what they did - it was how they showed up. Honest. Grounded. No gate keeping , Just real conversations about business, growth, and purpose.

People came up to me saying they have been following what I’m doing on the AI space and I now have calls booked in for training.

If I could pass on one reminder today, it’s this: your network is your power.

I’ve always said 90% of my business comes from relationships, and today was proof of that all over again.

Walk into the room - even if you don’t know anyone yet.

Don’t be afraid to ask for what you want said this was how she got her first acting role.

Fully own who you are. Your ideal client wants to buy from you.

Because the right people are waiting on the other side of that door.
