📢 Travel & Appointment Notice – Ash Vale Traffic Delays

Please be aware that there are temporary traffic lights and ongoing roadworks affecting Vale Road and the Lakeside Road area in Ash Vale, which are currently causing delays for road users.

We advise you to allow extra travel time when attending your appointment if you’ll be travelling via Vale Road or Lakeside Road, especially during peak traffic times, to help ensure you arrive on time.

From October to March we can’t make enough vitamin D from sunlight, so to keep bones and muscles healthy, it’s best to take a daily 10 microgram supplement of vitamin D. You can get vitamin D from most pharmacies and retailers.
