Just when you think you are getting somewhere...BANG...perimenopause strikes again...all clear just hormones again! Its so difficult to know what is your hormones and what other causes it could be. 🤯👀🤷‍♀️💪

A Hamilton woman has revealed her experience of perimenopause left her believing she had dementia, or was bipolar, through to thinking her ex-husband and children would be better off without her.

Andrea Clare, 61, says her confidence was left "rock bottom" and faced "rage was like an out of body experience" as she went through the perimenopause.
