These practises can help release deep routed trauma, stress, limiting beliefs and help break unhelpful addictive patterns also help us deal with the struggles through every day life by managing the mind and feeling awakened and free, let the healing begin.

I went through early menopause at 39 after breakdowns that became my breakthroughs🦾

Overwhelm 🤯Frustration 👉🏼 Joy 🖤

✨ A quick reset ✨

Today I hit the haywire overwhelm effect,
I used to blame menopause but I got that way before menopause 😂
It’s just how to navigate through these feelings when they show up , feeling as if your stuck in a trance of frustration, work-from-home , sitting at the computer, feeling overwhelmed and stuck.

So I paused and did three simple things:

🖤I reached out to a friend ( thank you Victoria Anderson)

🖤I focused on gratitude – a New Year’s memory with family and friends that filled my heart with actual joy in my heart

🖤I did a few rounds of Breath of Joy

Within minutes, my mood shifted and my mindset softened.

Sharing this because January can feel heavy, and having simple tools like this really matters. Save it for the next time overwhelm creeps in 💛
