Lots and lots of new guidelines coming in therefore, this maybe a good opportunity to book those renewal and update courses.

Under the H&S it is the employers responsibility to ensure that their First Aid trainers remain Current and Competent at least every 12 months.

RevivR is a short, self-directed CPR training from British Heart Foundation, that could teach you how to save someone's life.

The 2025 update has come out, some interesting facts in the report including less in 10% incidents included the use of an AED by a bystander, where as 60-73% of cases had bystanders administrating CPR. A shockable rhythm is present 15-22% of cases
