I’ve been a long time supporter for 7 years and I make it my mission to raise £300-£400 every year. Today YOU helped raise over £200!! to pay the room rental for their peer support group in Manchester. I feel so proud of the work they do nationally and I’m just trying to do my little bit. Delighted to be back again with the first year Criminology students during Welcome Week as they embark on their course next week at The University of Manchester. This is the third time back, raising awareness of Vicarious Trauma, talking about what it is, identify warning signs and most of all how students can help mitigate their risks. Thanks Emily Turner for inviting me back and wishing all students the very best with their course 🙌🎓🙌

This is brilliant news! Huge respect to the British Psychological Society for taking the lead on a long-overdue issue 👏
Supporting released football players is something I care deeply about, professionally and personally. I’m a Counselling Psychologist & ADHD Coach currently volunteering with my local club, but this work needs funding, structure & visibility across all levels, from grassroots to Premier League and to include girls/women.

We KNOW this area is lacking. It’s time to change that.

To my network, FA contacts, psychology peers, Dominic Bell, and all of you passionate about this space, you know who you are! Let’s work together to raise awareness, collaborate, and make a lasting impact.

What A Fabulous Day! first home game to watch Alty play . Great to watch Altrincham win 2-1 and to be a part of a growing movement, to encourage local women to the football. It was well and truly a smash hit!! So much fun, laughter, nervous tension and most of all connection with our 20 Dames and all the fans already there cheering on our mighty Robins to victory. Our choice for Man of the Match and a clear favourite was See you at the next match and if you’re interested in joining us go to www.matchofthedames.co.uk.
