Terry Jackson Yoga

Whilst working as a family lawyer, I quickly developed a regular practice and keen interest which led me to completing a teacher training course with Brian Cooper ten years later. I will always be a student of the practice and have since had the fortune and privilege of training with many internationally renowned teachers including Leslie Kaminoff, Ray Long, David Williams, Jason Crandell, Noah Maze and Charlotta Martinus. In 2020 I completed a training course with Sarah Ramsden (long term teacher at Manchester United and City) and am now qualified to teach yoga to athletes and in sport. The combination of these two amazing teachers has helped transform both my physical practice and the way I teach yoga. My style of yoga has evolved to a functional style. Yoga with a purpose. (That doesn't mean being able to get your foot behind your head or sit in lotus. For many people that would never be achievable because of the way their body is built). That purpose could be to enhance your sporting performance or simply your ability to perform every day tasks. This can be achieved by building strength, stability, balance and flexibility.
