𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻? 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀.

Every time a take a group photo like this, it reminds me why training as a team works so well.

You always push a little harder.

You don't want to let your partner down.

You step out of your comfort zone.

Above all you start to realise you're capable of far more than you thought.

If you struggle to stay motivated on your own when it comes to your training this approach is going to take your fitness and confidence to a new level.

Working in pairs or small group means you've always got someone beside you, pushing you that little bit more, encouraging you to keep going, but if you were on your own you'd likely of stopped.

Thats why our members get AMAZING results LONG TERM.

Phoebe's Challenge: Our Community Comes Together

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all our members that attended our fitness challenge at at studio on Park Road Timperley today and to those that couldn't make it but were kind enough to donate.

We and like many others in the local area are trying to raise as much monies for Phoebe ( a local girl in Timperley) to receive the much needed treatment she desperately needs.

Again thank you to our amazing community for your contributions.

The problem is what you do once you're there.

Here's the mistake most men make when
they decide to get back in shape : they
they join a gym, walk in and start doing
whatever looks available.

A bit of chest press, some bicep curls,
maybe a jog. Then nothing changes

That's not training, that's guessing.

Guessing at this stage of life waste time and motivation.
