October is such a strange month, isn’t it?
On one hand, summer’s finally over, and honestly, it’s a bit of a relief after the chaos of the school holidays.
The constant juggle of kids, work, and trying to squeeze in a moment of “me time” has finally eased up.
But on the other hand, it’s not quite winter yet, and everything feels a little off.
The mornings and nights are darker, the weather’s indecisive, and I find myself feeling… flat.
It’s that in-between time where the fun of summer’s gone, but the festive excitement of winter hasn’t kicked in yet.
And to be honest, my skin feels it too.
It’s like all the sun, late nights, and stress have left it looking tired and completely dehydrated.
I look in the mirror and just feel like I need a reset, like I’m dragging that summer exhaustion into autumn with me.
