Starts Friday 15th May • 10–11.15am

Across five gentle, nurturing weeks (15 & 22 May, 5, 12 & 19 June), you’ll learn a full sequence of baby massage strokes to support digestion, ease wind and colic, promote relaxation, and deepen your bond through loving, responsive touch. We’ll explore baby cues, behavioural states, the best times to massage, and the emotional and developmental benefits of nurturing touch.

Each session is calm, baby‑led, and held in a small, supportive group of local mums. We finish every week with a hot drink, biscuits, and a relaxed chat—your moment to breathe, connect, and build your village.

✨ Final Week of Baby Massage ✨
What a gorgeous final session together. This week we brought everything from the past four weeks into one nurturing, full‑body massage routine for our little ones — a true celebration of connection, confidence and calm.

We sprinkled in some early Easter chocolate (for the grown‑ups!) and explored gentle, yoga‑inspired movements to offer babies more active, playful ways to enjoy their bodies alongside massage.

Such a wonderful group. Thank you, ladies and your beautiful babies — it’s been a joy to share these weeks with you. I hope these moments of massage become a treasured part of your days for years to come 💛

Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful mamas in our Nurture Time family.

This week baby massage class was filled with soft snuggles, tiny toes, and the sweetest moments of connection as we learnt massage for chest and arms.

We also squeezed in a little Mother’s Day crafting, complete with adorable handprints and footprints to treasure forever.

You’re doing an amazing job.

A little glimpse of spring sunshine found its way into our Week 2 baby massage class this week.

We celebrated the wind, big and small from mastering rolling to making it out the house, each one celebrated with so much pride.

This week we focused on tummy massage — supporting digestion, easing discomfort, and helping soothe colic.

Another beautiful week of happy babies, happy tummies, and happy mamas. 🌿✨
