Happy Solstice!

I had another soulful celebration at Stonehenge, the only two days of the year when you can go inside the circle.

I went with my mum, and we arrived early enough to secure a spot in the circle to hear and participate in the ceremony, as well as dance to the drums.

The sun, unfortunately, was behind the clouds, even though half of the sky was blue, which was very promising. One day I’ll see it! The last time it was overcast as well, but the atmosphere always makes up for it.

A truly festive start to the holidays! Wishing you a joyful season with your loved ones.

Do affirmations really work?

They help reprogram the mind, but real transformation happens when we also heal the energy underneath - the beliefs, emotions, and old patterns that shape us.

I love affirmations as part of a balanced energy practice. They are simple, supportive, and powerful.

This is my current healing room. Love this space! This is where I work from whether sessions are remote or not.

Most of my healings are done remotely as I work with people all over the world. Most of my clients prefer to receive it in the comfort of their own home (or on holiday!).

Standing on the nails - an ancient sadhu practice.

It was a typical festival morning at Shambala. I woke up wanting to do a workshop, thinking yoga would be good or something else along these lines. I didn’t plan my timing, and by the time I got to the Healing Field, every workshop was full or had already started.

The last tent on my walk was fairly empty and the workshop was about to start - perfect timing! What is on - I asked? Learning how to stand on a bed of nails. Why not!

It was masterfully led by and I felt supported all the way. I stood on the nails for about 30 - 60 seconds, it’s hard to say as it was an intense experience. Once I stepped off I felt a rush of energy, my hands started shaking and I sat down to ground. I wasn’t dizzy but instead felt a rush of energy through my body. It made such in impact I would love to bring this practice into my life. So watch this space! 🙌

Memories from Green Gathering ✨

It was such a gift to return to the Healing Field for the second time. I love the community, the setup, and the views, and it was so wonderful to reconnect with friends I made last year and make new ones.

Not only was it an opportunity to work with people in person as I mostly work with my clients online, but I also received a lot of healing myself. It was a perfect opportunity to try new healing modalities and start or finish my days with kirtan ❤️

A week in Athens was extremely healing. Although my friend’s invitation to go on holiday with her was unexpected, I couldn’t turn down time by the sea.

Only when I got to Greece did I realise I hadn’t been on a beachy holiday (that wasn’t a weekend pop-in) since approximately 2017. How that happened is a mystery to me. Living five years on a boat reminded me of how long summers used to be, and living on a boat erased any desire to go on a holiday. I was always in the water and surrounded by it, so I had no cravings.

I enjoyed admiring sailboats moored close to the beach, reminding me of the sailing course I did in Greece, and how the younger version of myself had dreams of living and travelling on a sailboat one day.

What landed for me in Greece is how essential it is to take time away from familiar environments and create space to think without the pressures of day-to-day life. So, yeah, I’m definitely not going to leave it this long for the next one.

Also did you know that in Greece anything that was built in the last 200 years counts as modern? 😂

I am celebrating the launch of my brand new website, intuitive.earth 🙌

Seriously, this took six months of solo hustle! There were definitely moments I thought it would live in my drafts forever... 😅

My vision was to create a digital space that truly reflects what I do, and a place where you can easily understand how I can support you.

In a world of endless scrolling and fleeting attention, I crafted a space that mirrors the heart-centred, peaceful, clean, and feminine energy I bring to my clients.

The biggest hurdle was translating the multidimensional feelings and experiences into a 2D website! Talk about a challenge! But I’m pretty good with languages, and I’m beyond happy with the result!

And because I’m not a total perfectionist (but close!), I decided to build it on a platform I’d never used before. Why not add some extra spice, right? 😂

It feels so good to have it done, especially in the blossoming energy of Spring! Here’s to a future filled with growth! 🌸
