I have to say. Thank goodness the one with the correct form is your main EMS trainer at our bedford studio and you will all be pleased to know Sian is returning BACK from maternity and will see you in the studio from the 21st November! 🤸‍♂️😄💪😱⚡️

1. No you can’t tell she’s had a baby
2. She supernaturally has as much bubble and energy as she’s always had
3. She jumps just as high. Thanks to EMS strengthening her pelvic floor, obvs!!
