❓You said: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) on Life is already fully booked in Norwich.
❗️We did: There is now a condensed version starting on 17/02 and ending 24/02. This course is usually 4 sessions over 4 weeks. To ensure we get another course running, we have scheduled it as 2 days instead (10am-3pm). We will monitor feedback to see how this format works, but are really keen we are as responsive as we can be.

The Recovery College was set up to empower people with mental health problems to become experts in their own recovery. It provides a range of courses and workshops to service users, carers and members of staff to develop their skills, understand mental health, identify goals and support their access to opportunities.
What is Recovery?

• Recovery is a journey of personal development and discovery which focuses on your wellbeing
What is the Recovery College?
• The Recovery College was set up by the Trust in 2013 to empower people with lived experience of mental health challenges to become experts in their own recovery • It was developed jointly in a process of co-production by NSFT staff and people with this lived experience
• It provides courses to help people build an understanding of themselves • It provides opportunities for people to learn, grow and plan for the future
• The courses are co-developed and co-delivered by people with lived experience and learned experience of mental health challenges
