Im squeezing in the last bit of sunshine before a very busy October and autumn kicks in! ๐Ÿ’ช

As we hit the cooler months itโ€™s important to listen to our bodies and respond accordingly.โค๏ธ

My energy drops in the winter months and as a consequence my exercise can drop offโ€ฆ๐Ÿ˜”

But, itโ€™s still important to include movement into your daily routine as we donโ€™t want to lose our baseline fitness levels. So I will be ensuring I get out on daily dog ๐Ÿ• walks and aim to do 3 weights : strength classes per week.๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ

This time of year is also a great time to check Vitamin D levels as it should be boosted from the summer - I can of course of can help you with this. ๐Ÿงช

Deficiencies can exacerbate symptoms such a fatigue, low moods, aching joints and poor sleep ๐Ÿ’ค and more!
