Here’s a sneak peak of hot and cold stone reflexology that I am now fully trained and insured to include in my treatments. I wasn’t expecting it to be quite so amazing! I can’t wait to use these on my wonderful case study clients.

I absolutely loved last weekends learning. Women’s health, especially during the perinatal period is of particular interest to me, but I also learned a lot about fertility problems,
the menopause and the andropause which was absolutely fascinating. Looking forward to applying some of my learning to treatments where needed!

Happy Easter to all my lovely supporters. I’ve been quiet recently, but I have been busy continuing my learning in background…

Hand reflexology assessment passed ✅
Specialist learning - reproductive health ✅
AIR specialist techniques learned ✅

I also started a new full time role leading an operation within Serious Injury Legal services

Reflexology continues to be my passion, and next month I am excited to learn how to use hot and cold stones in reflexology treatments.

I do need some time to get into a new routine that allows me to balance my responsibilities at work, home and of course reflexology studies. I may be a little quieter.
