There are several types of cupping therapy:

1. Dry Cupping - This is the most common form, where cups are placed on the skin to create suction.
2. Wet Cupping - This involves making small incisions on the skin before applying the cups, allowing for the removal of tiny amounts of blood along with the suction.
3. Massage Cupping - This combines cupping with massage techniques, using the cups to glide over the skin rather than staying in one place.

Cupping therapy is often used for various ailments, including muscle pain, tension, and some respiratory conditions. Patients may experience temporary bruising due to the suction, which is generally harmless but can be concerning for some individuals. This usually subsides within a few days.

Super super proud of my client .good.86 who completed the London Marathon yesterday 🙌🏻🥳

Gemma wanted to prove to herself that she could do it and she absolutely smashed her expected time of 6.5 hours, completing it in a very respectable 5.29.25 🏃🏼‍♀️💨

She has trained hard for this for months on end and is proof that you can do anything you put your mind to!

Not long to go now until this years Memorial Tournament in memory of my son, Charlie.

All funds raised are going towards starting up the ‘Charlie Walker Foundation’ which will help those less fortunate participate in sports and enable young adults to keep healthy and off the streets.

Charlie’s big passion was football but he enjoyed and took part in all sports so I know he will be looking down proudly ❤️

On the day we will have

⭐️ Food vendors
⭐️ Ice cream van
⭐️ Bar open from 12pm until late
⭐️ Raffle prizes to be won
