We’ve been conditioned to believe that our worth is tied to how much we produce, but the truth is—you don’t have to earn rest. You are worthy of peace simply because you exist.

Hustle culture tells us that burnout is a badge of honor, but what if true success is sustainable happiness and well-being? What if saying no is an act of self-respect?

This week, I challenge you: choose one way to embrace the Soft Life. Take a real lunch break, set a boundary, or unplug without guilt. Your brain and body need moments of rest to rewire stress patterns and build resilience.

I’m working on this myself, using Neurocycle to unlearn the belief that “doing more” equals “being more.” The mind is powerful—let’s use it to heal, not hustle.

Have you any goals for 2025?

In this workshop we look back at our achievements of last year, then create goals for 2025. We will write together and end up with a list of 10 goals, and a major focus.

Doing this with others really helps you get clear. Together we can help each other to create a roadmap to give you clarity.

Writing down your goals forces you to get clear on what you want to accomplish. Writing your goals down provides motivation and helps you to focus on the priorities that will help you achieve your goals faster and easier.

This is a small online group this Saturday 15th March 10am -11.30am £20
