It's here! After a few years of absence, our postbox is back! Please may we encourage children from Kent to draw and make their sweetest Christmas cards for the elderly living at Larchmere House in Frittenden.

Christmas can be a lonely time for many. Last time, you all made so many people smile 🥰. Let's make it happen again!

It's such a privilege to be trusted by elite athletes 🙏. This lady is nothing short of exceptional. Her grit, consistency and determination to reach her fitness goals are contagious.

Kursty is training for Crossfit and Hyrox competitions. With roughly 28 training days per month, the odd ni**le or injury needs the best care.

At Biddenden Family Chiropractic we offer Chiropractic joint manipulation, training and mobilisation advice, laser therapy, dry cupping and dry needling as well as soft tissue techniques all under one roof.

Tom can not wait to compete by her side in Mechelen, Belgium 🇧🇪 at the mixed relay competition. A team representing .hunta is aiming for a podium finish. 5th of April. Keep your eyes open 🏁

Checking the diary, we noticed we're fully booked until 2nd of January. Rosie is kindly helping you on the 27th and the 28th. Becky is coming in on the 30th and Tom is in on New Year's Eve.

Tom is happy to work for an extra 2 hours and has availability on the 31st between 1-3pm.
