The insurance is through, so I am now adding sports injury rehab and sports massage to my list of services.
If you have been struggling with pain, poor movement, or niggling injuries that just don’t seem to go away; I can help you.
My sports injury rehab sessions are designed to fix chronic pain, manage symptoms and prevent re-injury in future, regardless of your training and health background. I have worked with athletes of all backgrounds and have tackled injuries of varying nature and severity. I use a combination of hands on techniques and intelligently selected exercises to manage and rehabilitate injuries, and prevent them from reoccurring.
I am also offering deep tissue sports massage. This will not do as much for chronic issues as a rehab session, but is superior for improving recovery in the short term, for example, having a sports massage after a hard week of training. This will improve blood flow, break up scar tissue and improve mobility, which in turn will improve recovery.
