Residents had a wonderful time arranging flowers. It was a lovely day filled with the creation of beautiful bouquets.

We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon making music together. We shared much laughter and created great music.

We enjoyed an afternoon of songs which helped us to reminisce about days gone by. Singing and laughter filled the air.

Birthday wishes were sent to the birthday twins at The Red House, with Keith celebrating his 78th and Celia celebrating her 88th birthday.
It was a very exciting day and lovely to be able to celebrate together with double the fun and of course double the cake too.

This flower arranging is always a lovely activity, with not only Catherine and Margaret enjoying their time arranging the flowers in such a wonderful way – the smell and colours throughout The Red House showing their fantastic efforts, do not go unnoticed.

Warm birthday wishes to Elizabeth on her 96th birthday. We relished the time spent arranging flowers on this special occasion. It was delightful to share this day with both your family and your The Red House family. A special thanks to Helen for the exquisite cake.

Our lovely Beryl celebrated her 88th birthday with us! She had a wonderful celebration with her lovely family and of course cake! Happy birthday Beryl!

We had a very special Christmas party at The Red House, with lots of visits from family throughout the day and a wonderful feast prepared by our lovely Helen. There was even a very special visitor who got lost on his way home! We all had a Merry Christmas and a good night!

We took a leisurely drive around the village of Ashtead, looking at the beautiful surroundings and remembering the times gone by.
Reminiscing about family trips out to the countryside.

We stopped at the garden centre where the residents enjoyed looking at the plants and flowers, with continuous chatter about their gardens and the plants they used to grow.
Then we found the gift shop, mainly window shopping this time, lots of lovely ornaments, books, cards everything you can think of.

We enjoyed freshly brewed coffee and delicious ice cream cones.
Our first outing of the year was greatly enjoyed, telling all their friends about their afternoon out, a phone call home to tell their families where they had been and most importantly a smile that didn’t fade all afternoon.

They really enjoyed their outing and are looking forward to the next time, many thanks were expressed and was the talk of the lounge for days to come.
