This weeks brings broadcast is on thoughts and self kindness ✨ a thought is something created by the mind, and if your mind is in a pattern of sharing thoughts that are distressing or negative and critical that can feel hard. This cognitive behavioural coaching approach will help - challenge the thought ask yourself what is the positive opposite. List all the reasons that positive opposite it true. Label the type of though is this jumping to conclusions or catastrophising what are some other positive thoughts that could also be true? And self kindness, what is the cost to you not forgiving yourself or berating yourself? And what could be the impact of you giving yourself a huge hug, telling yourself you care, you love, you are listening.
