Yoga & Wellbeing studio in Astwood nr Bedford / Milton Keynes, a peaceful place for deep self-care through a variety of 1:1 and group classes, workshops, treatments and retreat days. Hi there beautiful people, I'm Pippa Moss, owner of The Space Within Wellbeing Studio, and founder of The Radical Self-Care Movement. My aim is to grow awareness, community and embodiment of self-care that is transformational, on a physical, mental, emotional and energetic level, and to provide a beautiful, nurturing, safe, calm and supportive space to do so. THE SPACE WITHIN serves local community between Bedford and Milton Keynes in Astwood, a beautiful village location, a perfect holistic hideaway to practise yoga, spiritual life coaching, quantum flow, retreats, massage, energy work and more. My passion is creating space and events for stressed out people (and mothers in particular) to fill up their wellbeing cups and move into a place of giving from an overflowing cup. This way, self-care becomes a loving act of generosity, a way of being rather than another thing to do on the list of chores, that has a ripple effect of bringing wellbeing into being top priority to their families, loved ones and wider community. I help enable you to get clear on what you want, how to do it, have the skills to upgrade your self care, self development and self love, for the wellbeing and vibration of yourself, your family, everyone, the planet! Feel embodied, energised, and empowered as well as nurtured, through these processes and tune into life-changing practices you will have for life.

I'm so happy to be back offering Reiki training and attunements for people 🙌 Absolutely loved Sunday and the journeys those lovely people who joined me are now on. ❤️

Next Level 1 is on Sunday 8th February. Spaces strictly limited as it's important to me to ensure a quality of training and intimate container.

Wednesday 10th, I'm holding my first Reiki Share Circle since before covid! All welcome, even if you are not yet attuned to Reiki.

PREGNANCY YOGA with ACTIVE BIRTH is a speciality class and includes:

- gentle yet effective pregnancy-specific yoga
- active birth preparation (positions, breathing, mental / physical prep)
- deep relaxation and meditation
- Q&A, information and supportive discussion
- Arrive 15 minutes early for more time for a chat over cup of tea and biscuit
- WhatsApp group for class members (and postnatal group for when baby is born)

Attend anytime from 14 weeks in pregnancy up until the birth of your baby. Suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility, yoga experience, and whatever kind of birth you have or are planning. Attend weekly for consistency and greatest benefit.

6 class pass (with 8 weeks to use it) or
12 class pass (with 4 months to use).

Relaxing meditation session, incorporating a sound bath to release stress, calm the mind, and restore your natural flow of energy.

Through seated meditation techniques such as gentle breathing, and guided relaxation, you’ll reconnect with yourself, and prepare the body for rest.

Then, whilst laying down with comfortable props, healing vibrations of Tibetan bowls, chimes, gong and other instruments wash over you, tension melts away. A period of sacred silence will then leave you feeling grounded, peaceful, balanced and renewed—perfect for anyone in need of a bit of calm.

Ending with herbal tea and treats to soothe and refresh.

Hi I’m Pippa – Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga teacher, Holistic Therapist, Doula and mum of 3.

I have been teaching, treating and supporting people through pregnancy and postnatally for over ten years, and I am super-passionate about enhancing your journey through motherhood and life with specialist yoga, treatments, mini retreat days and support in beautiful village locations in Bedfordshire, including at my gorgeous countryside cabin studio in Marston Mortaine. @littlebreathingspace
