Beautiful soul, this isn't quite what we want to hear for the Christmas week is it! 🙈🤣 We all like to indulge over Christmas, and sometimes it can be tricky to avoid, especially if you're hosting or attending family gatherings, work parties etc.
I think the main aim with this message is to be conscious of overconsumption of the treats.
If you know you've got a busy time ahead this week, it will help you massively to balance any indulgence with healthful eating. Plus if you have any plans coming up for the new year, balancing your eating & drinking over the festive season will serve you better to kick star the new year on the right foot......you won't need more time to shed the festive treats.
Also, if there has been illness in the household, this speaks of eating fresh natural foods to help boost your immune system - if you do overdo it at Christmas, it'll likely hinder your immune system (alcohol wise especially) and your ability to recover quicker.
It's perfectly fine to have a treat, just be cautious not to overdo it, your angels are protecting you 💗.

Ok beautiful soul, this is kind of a reiteration of the previous message. I think you've done a lot of work on yourself this year and as it's coming to the end of the year and time where you'll be with others, I think you'll be coming to some realisations of what's working and what's not.
Of who deserves your time and energy and who doesn't.
You'll be able to notice who the energy vampires are and who are the energy givers & sharers.
And as it's Christmas week, you may have a realisation with work as you finish work for Christmas (or even if you are working over Christmas), that certain connections you're glad to see the back off! And notice how much they've been draining you!
Likewise, with family get togethers over Christmas, as you've grown and evolved, you may notice clearer the differences between you and family members/friends, where things just don't gel anymore, or feel right. And if you begin to feel guilty about receiving something (time, money, gifts, opportunities, etc), then don't worry, because you're still giving whilst you receive. Whoever is gifting something to you as you begin 2026, allow it, it's needed for the next part of your manifestation. You've earned it and deserve it, from all the giving you have done - you might be the one who always gives advice, care, attention, ideas, solves the problems, gives handouts of cash or items needed, you might be the go-to in emergencies, the one others call upon, the strong capable and dependable one.
Which is absolutely all commendable......
But you also deserve to have those things given to you.
