What happens during a reflexology treatment?

⭐Firstly I will do a full consultation to include your medical history, as well as your lifestyle, and family background so that I can get a full picture of your health and well-being to help me put a treatment plan together for you.

⭐I will then put you back in my treatment chair so that you can relax and enjoy the reflexology session. It's up to you if you would like music or just quiet. You can just gaze at the clouds out of the window if you like!

⭐I recommend that you try to switch off when having reflexology. However I understand that some people prefer to chat and that is fine too.

⭐At the end of the session I will ask you how you are feeling and get you a glass of water to rehydrate you.

⭐I usually advise people to have regular reflexology sessions to really benefit. This can be once a week, a fortnight or monthly.

Exams have started! I have a son who is currently taking GCSE's and it is a stressful time.
There are some things they can do to relax;
- Going for a walk, run, cycle in the fresh air or another form of exercise.
- Reading a book or watching a film.
- Having a warm bath or shower.
- Spending some time with friends or family.

I have often given my children reflexology treatments during exam periods, and it has helped them to unwind and relax.
