Although a lot of my work and posts are often directed towards women, I want to be clear that my coaching and wellbeing support is open to everyone. 🌿

I’m here to hold space for anyone who feels they would benefit women, men, and all genders are welcome. 💚

Rest Circle Wellbeing is about creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where you can pause, reflect, and grow.

I’m looking for a couple of women who would like to receive free 1:1 coaching sessions with me. These sessions will support your wellbeing and personal growth, while also helping me complete the final signing-off stage of my coaching course.

Sessions can be held online or face to face, depending on what works best for you.
