L & M Therapeutic Services CIC We are an Ayrshire based community interest company offering Listening Music Therapy & Counselling.

We formed our Community Interest Company as from our work as counsellors we noticed more and more clients, particularly males, struggling to access and express their emotions making it difficult to fully engage with counselling intervention. From this we developed our Therapeutic Music Group using listening to music to teach emotional intelligence. We have delivered this in 2 local Secondary Schools and 3 Primary Schools with positive feedback from both staff and pupils. We will now be delivering to wider audiences who we believe would benefit from our programme - universities, health, elderly, criminal justice and social work to name a few, as it can be tailor made to suit. We hope to expand the company over the next year offering Training/Workshops, Supervision/reflective practice, Critical Incidents and Counselling.

✨ Huge thanks to Roy & Nicki Mission: FIT for graciously hosting our recent “Meet the Practitioners” session last night! 🌟 Your support and dedication to Megan’s Space mean the world to us, and we couldn’t do what we do without the kindness of community partners like you. 💙

The session was an incredible opportunity for us to connect, share resources, and build a stronger network of support for mental health and well-being. We’re so grateful for everyone who came along, and especially to Mission Fit for helping make it all possible.
