Our award-winning two-hour Baby & Child first aid classes could literally help you to save your baby’s life.

Classes cover first aid from birth to 18 years and will give you the confidence to deal with:

Choking
CPR
Burns
Breaks
Bleeding
Trips & Falls
Head Bumps
Febrile Seizures

We also provide Meningitis and Sepsis awareness training in this class.

🌳 We're thrilled to welcome Park Yoga Ayr this season.

📅 Sessions are an hour and start at 9.30am on 3rd May and run every Sunday morning for 20 weeks.

💚 If you have not experienced Park Yoga, it is a great way to try yoga for the first time. You don’t have to take part in the whole session, many people take moments of rest and enjoy the fresh air while watching the clouds go by.

💚 There's no need to book.

💚 Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but if you don’t, a towel or blanket is perfect.
