I’ve just sent out the official press release for my book.

What started as years of notes from working with people struggling with anxiety has now turned into something being read around the world.

The message behind it matters to me more than anything:

Most people with anxiety are not broken.

They’re carrying too much.

Over the years working with people struggling with anxiety, overthinking and panic, one thing became clear.

Most people don’t actually understand what their mind and nervous system are doing.

When anxiety isn’t understood, the experience itself becomes frightening.

I can only see a limited number of people in therapy, but the message behind this work is far bigger than one room.

So I wrote a book.

The Rucksack You Carry.

It explains anxiety in a simple way that finally makes sense.

Many readers say that by the time they finish it, they already feel a little lighter.

Because when understanding appears, fear begins to loosen.
