As I close Healing Hands Holistic Therapies for Christmas, I want to gently acknowledge that this season can feel very different for many.

For those missing someone special, carrying quiet grief, or finding Christmas feels softer or harder this year — please know you’re not alone. There is no right way to do Christmas. It’s okay to keep it simple, to rest, and to honour your feelings.

As the lights twinkle and the year draws to a close, I’m sending you warmth, comfort, and moments of peace, however you choose to spend the days ahead.

Healing Hands is now closed for Christmas and will reopen in the New Year.

‼️Can I kindly ask…..before attending appointments if you have the slightest sniffles or are feeling under the weather…..please get in touch and I will reschedule your appointment no problem.

Due to a close family member being immunosuppressed I cannot take any chances, especially with the current flu/RSV outbreak.
