Mae'n oer. Mae awydd gen i gysgu. Mae awydd gen i fod yn llorwedd a gwneud fel yr hadau: aros. Nid rŵan yw amser addunedau. Rŵan yw amser maethu. Cysylltu gyda ni'n hunain a gweld beth ydi'r peth a'r ffordd iawn o flodeuo pan ddaw'r amser. Ac o ddangos amynedd gyda fi'n hun, cryfhau. Mae na bethwmbreth o sgiliau personol i'w dysgu drwy ymarfer yoga yn gyson. Dewch er mwyn lleddfu poen cefn neu ysgwyddau, er mwyn ystwytho neu deimlo'n llai stressed, ond mi alla i addo mai'r peth fydd yn eich cadw'n gyson i'r ymarfer ydi rhywbeth da chi ddim hyd yn oed wedi meddwl amdano eto. Ac mi ddaw hynny a maeth anhygoel a dyfnach i chi. Felly os YDYCH yn digwydd bod yn hoffi addunedau blwyddyn newydd, gallai buddsoddi ynoch chi'ch hun fod yn ddechrau da, heb ddisgwyliadau a phwysau penodol.

It's cold. I want to sleep. I want to lie down and be like the seeds: wait. Now is not the time for resolutions. Now is the time to foster strength. Connect with ourselves and see what and how to blossom when the time comes. And by showing patience with myself, I get stronger. There are many personal skills to be learned through regular yoga practice. Come to relieve back or shoulder pain, to become more flexible or to feel less stressed, but I can promise this -the thing that will keep you coming back to practice is something entirely different, that you haven't even thought of yet. Something that will bring you incredible, deeper nourishment. So if you DO happen to be into new year resolutions: investing in yourself might be a good start, without specific expectations and pressures.
