Last week I had the honour and pleasure of taking part in a wellness day for one of the departments within the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service. I went onsite to offer sports massages to highly deserving members as part of their mental health initiative. It was a full day of working with some pretty amazing people and I’m looking forward to participating in more wellness days with this wonderful organisation!
