✨ Quiet the mind and reduce overwhelming thoughts. These classes use visualisation to encourage relaxation. The session can also be accessed via Zoom by choosing the Meditation Online option.

📣Join us for our next Sound Bath on Monday, 2nd March at 7pm.

✨ Your £35 ticket not only grants you a nourishing Sound Bath experience but it also funds a funded counselling session for someone in our community who otherwise couldn’t afford support.

✨Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music. Join Ginny as she creates an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, aiming to help people relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns.

Please let us know if you can no longer make it.
