✨New: Introduction to Mindfulness Mondays at 11.30
Mindfulness meditation is a practice where you focus your attention on the present moment, observing your thoughts, breath & body sensations, without judgement. This practice can help reduce stress, improve focus and promote emotional well being.
✨Feldenkrais is on for a 3 week block in November starting on Tuesday 4th at 1pm in the Studio. This gentle therapy focuses on improving movement, posture and balance. The class encourages relaxation and reduces stress & anxiety.
✨Anxiety Management is on Tuesdays at 11.30. Sessions are suited to people who experience longer term or chronic anxiety and depression, or panic attacks. Using ear acupuncture as an aid, participants are taught techniques in breathwork and mindfulness meditation to help with self-regulation.
Gentle Yoga continues on Wednesdays at 2pm in our Studio.
Due to it's popularity we are running another 4 weeks of Needle Felting starting on Tuesday 4th at 10am in the Studio.
Our next Sound Bath is on Monday 10th at 7pm in our Studio.
