📣 We’re excited to bring you our January-March programme of activities
✨NEW Watercolour Painting - Starting on Tuesday 13th Jan we have a 7 week Watercolour Painting class at 10am - Join Louie who will guide you step by step, teaching you a variety of watercolour painting techniques. These sessions will also help to reduce anxiety & encourage relaxation. No experience needed!
✨NEW Chair Yoga starts on 4th March at 2pm in our Studio. A gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance, making the practice more accessible and suitable for individuals at all levels of experience.
✨NEW Springtime Renewal on 23rd March in our Studio - Anne Lillis creates a safe, non-judgmental space to explore season changes. This Springtime Renewal session blends gentle mindfulness, guided meditation, and creative expression to help participants reconnect with their inner selves through music, art-making, and supportive group sharing. No artistic experience is needed, just come as you are and let your natural creativity flow.
✨NEW Fun with Drums for Families Monday 9th Feb at 2.30pm - Learn a new skill together while also enjoying some family time in this uplifting and fun session of Fun with Drums. There must be 1 adult attending per 2 children at this event, ages 4years old +.
✨Evening Unwind with Ear Acupuncture starts Wed 7th Jan & Thurs 8th Jan at 7pm. Take some time to unwind at our Evening Chill Out session - a chance to calm the mind and ease tension at the end of the day. Enjoy gentle ear acupuncture paired with soothing music and calming visual imagery, all in a warm, welcoming, and safe environment designed to help you relax and reset.
✨Introduction to Mindfulness starts Monday 12th Jan at 11.30am - Mindfulness meditation is a practice where you focus your attention on the present moment, observing your thoughts, breath and body sensations, without judgement. This practice can help reduce stress, improve focus and promote emotional well being.
