🌼It's time to Spring into our April-June programme of activities 🌸
📸NEW Mindfulness Photography starts on 05th May at 10am - Join us for a friendly and relaxed photography workshop designed to help you get the most out of your iPhone, Android phone, or tablet. This session is open to all skill levels & offers a welcoming space to connect with others while learning a fun and rewarding skill. Some sessions will be held in our Studio, while others will be out and about. On those occasions, we ask that you dress appropriately for the weather.
✨NEW Anxiety Management starts on 13th April at 11.30am - Suited to people who experience longer-term or chronic anxiety & depression, or panic attacks. Using ear acupuncture as an aid, participants are taught techniques in breathwork & mindfulness meditation to help with self-regulation.
🪡NEW Embroidery Workshop starts on 06th June at 10am, in our Studio - A relaxed embroidery group where people can learn simple stitching, share conversation, and enjoy a calm, creative space that supports wellbeing and community connection. All materials are provided.
🧘♀️NEW Slow Flow with Suzanne starts on Saturday, 06th June at 10am in our Studio - A calm, mindful class that gently links breath with movement at a relaxed pace. The focus is on helping you connect with your body, ease tension, and move in a way that feels comfortable and supportive. Perfect for beginners or those more experienced but prefer a gentler session. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, relaxed, and refreshed.
☕NEW Coffee Connection Tuesdays at 11.30am - Drop in for a warm cup of tea or coffee, something tasty to eat, and easy conversation in a welcoming space. It’s all about bringing people together, sharing a moment, and enjoying good company.
Everyone is welcome, just come as you are.
🧘Gentle Yoga & Breathwork is back with Paschal on Wednesday evenings at 7pm in our Studio - Come along and reward yourself with an hour of peace and space on your mat. Great for beginners as an introduction to yoga.
✨Ear acupuncture is offered 4 times a week, see programme for times.
✨Feldenkrais is back on various dates, Tuesdays at 1pm in our Studio - This gentle therapy focuses on improving movement, posture and balance. The class encourages relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety.
☕Coffee morning Fundraiser - Join us on Friday 24th April at 10am - 1pm in Solas House (62 Ann Street) for a morning of coffee, cake and connection. All proceeds go to Solas, supporting the emotional wellbeing of our community.
☯️Sound Bath Fundraiser - Join Ginny on Sunday 31st May at 7pm in YARN as she creates an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, aiming to help people relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. All proceeds go to Solas, supporting the emotional wellbeing of our community.
