Our next block of physio led Pilates starts this week and there are just a few spaces remaining in the following classes.

📅Thursdays 9.45am - Intermediate - suitable if you have been doing Pilates recently.

📅 Thursdays 6.30pm - Improver - suitable if you have done Pilates any time in the past and have a general level of fitness.
