If you would love to lose weight whilst having fun and getting the support of like minded people in a safe and non judgemental environment then why not come and join one of my lovely groups. We'll be there in the morning from 8.30 with our second session at 10am. We'll be in the Parish Hall at St Mary's Church in Barnard Castle. If you prefer evenings we're in the same building in the Guild Room at 5.30 and 7pm. Just come along x
