New beginners' Tai Chi class starts tomorrow 2nd Oct @ 7pm-8pm @ Lyonsdown Hall

Tai Chi taster sessions started this Thursday 4th Sept at 7pm. 17 people turned up. I cover the same content in all 4 taster sessions before starting the new course on 2nd Oct at 7pm (same venue: Lyonsdown Hall, EN5 1JB). I use a mic and speaker for clear audio instruction in a large hall.

The new beginners' classes in September (4th, 11th, 18th & 25th) @ 7pm to 8pm will now be at Lyonsdown Hall, New Barnet (NOT Subud Hall as previously mentioned).
