To celebrate the refurbishment of Mercer Hall at Hyndburn Leisure, we're going to be holding a HUGE sound bath there next month - and tickets will be sold on a 'pay what you feel' basis.

Hammock Sound Bath update. 🌳

After careful consideration, we have decided to permanently reduce the cost of our Hammock Sound Bath sessions by 25%.

One of the core tenets of Sati is accessibility, and while the Weightless Woodland experience is novel, we want to steer-clear of 'boutique wellness'.

By lowering the barrier to entry, we hope to make this weightless, meditative experience a unique part of your upcoming self-care plans - not a rare treat.

We've also opened up a few extra spaces in hopes that you can join!
