Meet Angela, another of our fabulous newbies. She is sports massage and lymphatic drainage massage qualified on top of the usual massages we offer and loves working on a weekend so that means more Sunday openings 🎉🎉
She’s also a qualified PT and loves to gym 4x a week. She likes dog walking and has a frenchie called buddy. She loves matcha and sushi 🍣

Seen as I’ve introduced you to a couple of new team members -

Meet Kay… although most of you will already know her!

She’s our Head of Customer Experience & Team Well-being – basically the one who keeps everything running smoothly and makes sure both our clients and team feel looked after 💛

Kay loves a good tick list (seriously, she lives for them) and does her best to keep me in some sort of order… (emphasis on tries 😉)

She’s super creative and a bit of a perfectionist, which she channels into her amazing Preloved Pages “blind date with a book” gifts which you can purchase in the salon 📚

Her favourite treatments are the microdermabrasion facial and the lymphatic drainage massage.

Always a smiley welcome, sometimes with a slight hint of sarcasm and dark humour 😉😂

We have some fresh massage hands available on a Tuesday and Thursday from next week. Amanda is an experienced sports and deep tissue therapist who can sort out all of your aches and pains for you.
She’s also a PT and exercise instructor and a retained firefighter so you’re in safe hands!

Our sister company TheWellnessTower has welcomed its first 2 hour Reset Ritual today.

An hour of aromatherapy, botanical foot ritual and personalised sound bath followed by an hour downstairs in our Sauna and Chill room, complete with Prosecco, fresh fruit and drinks station plus a face mask and foot masks.

Time just to relax in private.
