Feeling sorry for myself a little these last couple of days 🤦🏻‍♀️

Having health conditions can be really testing sometimes and with change of the weather too it can make some days more challenging

I’m not sure what I’ve done but my hand and wrist isn’t happy in the slightest and struggling to get full use 😢 so support bandage is on

Trying some hand reflexology on it amongst other things. Trying to still use it but might be a trip to doctors tomorrow, which was trying to avoid if totally honest

Hope your all keeping well and hopefully be back full swing soon

Did you know there are simple reflex points you can gently massage at home to ease menopause discomfort?

🌿 Try this tonight before bed:

1️⃣ Sit comfortably and use your thumb to press and hold the pituitary point — found in the centre of your big toe.
2️⃣ Move to the adrenal reflex (just below the ball of your foot, near the arch) and gently circle for a few seconds.
3️⃣ Finish with slow, calming strokes across the solar plexus area (middle of the foot, just below the ball).

Take a deep breath, release the day, and give thanks for the strength in your body. 💫
