It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas 🎅🏼

This week we have started to give our clients their Christmas gifts . Sometimes our small gift is all they get and the happy smile off our amazing carers on Christmas Day 😇

On Saturday we hold our Christmas party to thank all our staff for all their hard work and dedication over the holiday period.

We are fully staffed 🎉with 3 new staff starting their training this week.

We have 2 successful new starters who have settled within the last couple of months and are shining .
Joining our strong team of 50 carers .

However we have our new exciting venture returning to Great Torrington in January 🎉 Applications now being taken.

We have a growing waiting list in Barnstaple of clients wanting to come across to Trusted Care .🎉

We have a great success training people who have no experience ,with an amazing team behind us we can support you if you’re new to care.

If you’re experienced we may have everything you need. Our full time staff work 14 days a month . Long weekends off Friday , Saturday and Sunday alternating weeks.

We pay shift pay , all gaps paid.
We pay £13per hour weekdays and £14 hour weekends increasing in 2026 🎉

Driving licence preferred for this run

Come and join an outstanding care team making differences to peoples lives everyday.

We pay shift pay - all gaps paid
Part time / Full time - shifts vary depending on your availability and are paid £13 per hour weekdays and £14 weekends.
( pay increases 2026)

You will complete the Care certificate and be offered 12 months exceptional training to support you in your role.

In depth induction , shadowing and introductions to all the clients you will care for and continuing support by our supervisors and manager.

A lovely friendly team who will support you on your journey

Bonuses , star of the month , regular team gatherings to team build and celebrate your hard work.

Hello I’m Aimee
I joined Trusted care just over a month ago and it’s been the best decision I’ve made.
Having a background in travel, moving to care was a little nerve wrecking to say the least.
I met Sharon and had a chat , she was very honest about the role and said I’d need to try to know whether it was something I can do, so I decided to take the chance.
Since day one the team have been outstanding with the support I have been given, checking in to see how I’m getting on , how I’m feeling and let me know they are always there if I need them.
It’s a lovely career , so rewarding, clients all have their own personalities and are lovely. I love listening to their stories.
I had over 70 hours training hands on with other carers meeting my regular clients , E learning and on going training.
If you’ve ever wondered if you can support people in the community, you should give it a go!
