Due to a new waiting list of clients waiting to join us we are looking for full time and part time staff .
Am and pm shifts

Something of an alternative weekend is required.
Driving licence preferred for this run

We pay shift pay - all gaps paid
Part time / Full time - shifts vary depending on your availability and are paid £13 per hour weekdays and £14 weekends.
( pay increases 2026)

You will complete the Care certificate and be offered 12 months exceptional training to support you in your role.

In depth induction , shadowing and introductions to all the clients you will care for and continuing support by our supervisors and manager.

A lovely friendly team who will support you on your journey

Bonuses , star of the month , regular team gatherings to team build and celebrate your hard work.

Hello I’m Aimee
I joined Trusted care just over a month ago and it’s been the best decision I’ve made.
Having a background in travel, moving to care was a little nerve wrecking to say the least.
I met Sharon and had a chat , she was very honest about the role and said I’d need to try to know whether it was something I can do, so I decided to take the chance.
Since day one the team have been outstanding with the support I have been given, checking in to see how I’m getting on , how I’m feeling and let me know they are always there if I need them.
It’s a lovely career , so rewarding, clients all have their own personalities and are lovely. I love listening to their stories.
I had over 70 hours training hands on with other carers meeting my regular clients , E learning and on going training.
If you’ve ever wondered if you can support people in the community, you should give it a go!

Congratulations to our stars this month
Jade , Karen , Brian , Wendy,Kimmarie, Victoria, Aimee , Sara and Rose.
These amazing carers waited for ambulances until early hours of the morning, got up and went to work even they have their own struggles and give it their best , came out to cover work due to emergencies, rushed to support a carer due to a client on the floor , covered calls so a colleague could have a holiday , new to our team and have been shining in their new roles with heart warming feedback.

Well done team you are what makes us who we are ❤️
